अणोरणीयान्महतो महीयानात्मास्य जन्तोर्निहितो गुहायां ।Katha Upanishad 1.2.20
तमक्रतुः पश्यति वीतशोको धातुः प्रसादान्महिमानमात्मनः ॥ २० ॥
aṇoraṇīyānmahato mahīyānātmāsya jantornihito guhāyāṃ
tamakratuḥ paśyati vītaśoko dhātuḥ prasādānmahimānamātmanaḥ
Subtler than the subtlest atom, Greater than the Greatest, the Atman abides in the heart of all living beings. That person, who has made himself free from desires and conditioning and has discarded sorrow, beholds the greatness of the Soul within himself.
सत्येन लभ्यस्तपसा ह्येष आत्मा सम्यग्ज्ञानेन ब्रह्मचर्येण नित्यम् ।Mundaka Upanishad 3.1.5
अन्तःशरीरे ज्योतिर्मयो हि शुभ्रो यं पश्यन्ति यतयः क्षीणदोषाः ॥ ५ ॥
satyena labhyastapasā hyeṣa ātmā samyagjñānena brahmacaryeṇa nityam
antaḥśarīre jyotirmayo hi śubhro yaṃ paśyanti yatayaḥ kṣīṇadoṣāḥ
Within the heart of every being is present constantly, the bright white effulgent illumination. Seeing this, disciplined spiritual seeker becomes free from all sins. This is attainable by constantly disciplined yoga meditation, the realization of the inner self, remembering It as the Absolute Truth. In the Yoti (Yoni) mudra of KriyaYoga, the Kriyayogi or Kriyaban, perceives the glorious soul, shining like many suns put together, yet bright white, soothing, enchanting and calmness and peace personified. The successful Kriyabans report that when they perceive this, they feel divinely calm and peaceful for the whole of 24 hours at least and sometimes for many days.
